Livingston is a certified
appraiser of personal property, (CAPP) with a specialty in antiques
and residential contents. The CAPP designation is the highest
professional designation conferred by The International Society of
Appraisers. The CAPP designation is attained by successful
completion of a comprehensive program, emphasizing the legal, ethical
and theoretical aspects of appraising as well as the fine points of
appraisals of all types of residential contents. Also required are
approved appraisal reports, approved professional development activities,
and the passing of a comprehensive board examination.
Mrs. Livingston established a personal property appraisal practice in 1992 specializing
in the appraisal of residential contents for estate, probate, insurance,
divorce, donation, claims, bankruptcy, and other personal property
requirements. Livingston &
Associates, Inc. Estate Services combines essential estate
liquidation services through estate sales, auctions and private brokering
with appraisal services and consultation for residential contents,
decorative arts and accessories antiques, and collectibles.

ISA members are charged with the responsibility of

and expert witness testimony.
