Each piece is octagonal in shape with engraved acanthus style motif. The tray is very similar in etching design. It is marked Fisher Reproduction Sheffield Plate-Sheffield Eng. Obviously not of the same period, but is included in the purchase price of the sterling set and is as found in the estate. This register appears to be about 95% complete. There are some missing screws and possibly a drawer open bell (if it had one). The drawer does not lock shut when closed and has a small hole on the front where there was probably a knob. We have not been able to locate any info or photos of this early register to identify the manufacturer or what may be missing. This is SOLD AS IS!
